Daven Rosener has been a business and organizational storyteller all his working life.

Fueled by a deep curiosity and interest in discovering how companies and individuals create success, he helps his clients uncover opportunities and sharpen communications effectiveness. His passion for understanding an organization's story and how to best share it, has guided his entire career, whether as a journalist and newsroom leader, local government communicator, corporate communications professional or small business owner.

Comfortable in the board room and on the loading dock, he can easily shift gears and tactics to gather the stories that matter most in today's business world. Clients appreciate his ability to provide comprehensive expertise across the marketing-communication continuum, effectively marrying marketing, public relations and internal communications tactics into a comprehensive and cohesive strategy.

He also understands that marketing success depends on strong customer service messaging and responsiveness – something he gained a firm appreciation for on the Global Communications team at Starbucks. He provided operational communications support for customer loyalty, Store Development (real estate, construction and facilities), licensed stores and other functions spread across Starbucks' North America sites. 

He started his own communications company to help organizations and businesses create improved success and communication effectiveness.

He teaches corporate communications at a local university and is the creator of the online course Communication Plan Blueprint because he wants to help communicators find new success and lessen struggle.
